5-19-2007 Avallach’s Irish Whiskey is now back under saddle! Dave and I went to visit him at Cederstone Farm LLC in Lakeville, CT, yesterday where trainer Michele Edel has been  working with him. He looks fantastic and is getting more fit every day (hill work has certainly helped in that department!).
