Avallach's Shot Glass - Born 5/21/2002 (photo taken 5/12/2007) TB/WEL reg ASPR gelding standing just under 13.1 h with no shoes.

This beautiful gelding is the produce of a dam named "Mati" that we leased from Champlain Isle Farm in Isle La Motte, VT. Sired by Avallach's Irish Whiskey, this gelding shows tremendous physical talent making him suitable as a prospect for the medium pony division. He has big, sweeping movement with a freedom through his shoulder and natural push from behind.

In addition to the hunters, Shot has recently started dressage training and has been evaluated by a professional trainer who commented that he has "exceptional gaits". With his movement and jumping ability he truly is a pony that could go in many different directions!

Shot Glass was presented to the American Sportpony Registry is October 2002 and was graded a First Premium sportpony colt! Comments from the judges included "very good trot" and "excellent type". He has also showed on the line at Devon as a two-year old.

We prefer to see Shot Glass in a show home as he is at the point in his training that he is best served in a program where he has regular access to a professional trainer to help him reach his best potential.

This pony is an excellent investment in a future division pony or dressage star.

Keep the Change ("Kacey") is everything you could want in a made show horse. A TB gelding standing 16.2 +h with tons and tons of experience in everything from walk-trot, short stirrup to adult amateurs.

He is a wonderful schoolmaster who can jump a course with auto-swaps in his sleep. An ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work on their riding (not training the horse) or just have fun!

Kacey has been working as a school horse at Kasson Ridge Farm for the last year. He has done everything from beginner walk-trot lessons to modified adults. We do not want to see him jumping more than 2'6" anymore so would prefer a home that is more interested in the littler stuff. He is a gentleman at the shows and a true "teacher". Horses like this come along once in a very long time.

He will only be offered for sale to JUST the right situation, so if interested please contact us for more information.

Saving Grace ("Gracie") - very sweet 12 yr old gray QH mare standing 15.1 h. Gracie came to us with Branwen as the result of a divorce situation but needed some time to get back to good health - she had an abscess and was quite underweight. We treated the foot (which is now 100% healed with x-rays to prove it), had her teeth floated and started her on a diet more appropriate for a horse of her size.

She has rehabilitated incredibly well and we have recently started her back in work. She was most likely broke as a Western horse but we have been riding her both in a dressage style as well as a hunter style.

She spent most of the winter just hanging out here on our farm while we waited for spring and has recently gone back to very light work. She is only just getting back into work, so patience will be important for her. She needs a gradual fitness program that will bring her back into shape and build her lung capacity.

Gracie will do best in an environment in which she has a lot of outside turnout (in fact she is the ideal candidate for living outside with access to a run in shed or barn). Gracie has heaves/COPD-like allergies that are aggrivated by living inside, although the fitter that she is the better her lung capacity.

The perfect home for Gracie is one where she has lots of attention and good care where she can find a best friend. She prefers to have a single person or family with which she can bond (she doesn't have the "lesson horse" mentality of liking lots of different riders). We will only sell Gracie to an experienced horse family because she has been through a lot already.

If you think you can offer her that perfect home please contact us for more details.

Price - Very negotiable to the right situation
